Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Colorado mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages increased 1 basis point from 4.22% to 4.23% on Thursday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.15% (UT) to the highest rate of 4.50% (NV). Currently, Colorado mortgage rates are 3 basis points lower than the national average of 4.26%.
